Join us at The Spirit Table, an intimate culinary journey that lets you taste your way across the islands of The Bahamas in a single unforgettable night.

From golden Andros conch croquettes to vibrant Exuma ceviche… from crystalline Eleuthera soursop sorbet to a decadent Abaco stone crab feast, each course reveals a new piece of our island story. We close with an Eleuthera key lime pie, its torched meringue glowing like the last embers of a perfect Bahamian sunset.

Set along one beautifully dressed table, the night unfolds to the gentle strum of acoustic guitar, hand-shaken JOHN WATLING’S Daiquirís, mint-infused Mojitos, and an open bar featuring The Rum of The Bahamas.
